The Company:
We are a Swedish company and always ship from our warehouse in Borås, Sweden.
Prices:
All prices include 25% VAT.
For countries outside the EU (e.g., Norway), prices in the store are shown including 25% VAT, but at checkout, the price is shown excl. VAT. No VAT is charged for customers with delivery addresses outside the EU. We reserve the right for potential pricing errors.
Payment Methods:
Swish
Pay quickly and easily with Swish without the hassle of cards. Verify with Mobile BankID for the highest security. All Swish charges are in Swedish Krona (SEK).
Swish payments work within Sweden.
Svea
Payments are processed easily and securely via Svea. Even if you don't have a Svea account, you can quickly complete the transaction. Svea collaborates with VISA, MasterCard, and all major Swedish banks offering direct payments, invoices, installment plans, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, and Nordea. If you are shopping from Denmark, Finland, or Norway, you can use Svea and pay by card. (Select "Other Option" in the dropdown on Svea's payment page and then choose Denmark, Finland, or Norway).
Payson maintains high security standards and is PCI-certified by Trustwave, an international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted via 128-bit SSL, and all card transactions are based on the banks' 3D-Secure technology.
Svea Invoice
We offer "Svea Invoice" in collaboration with Svea AB.
Payment terms are 14 days, and an invoice fee of 19 SEK applies. To order via invoice, you must be at least 18 years old, be registered in the Swedish population register, and pass the credit check performed at the time of purchase. Companies paying via Svea Invoice must be registered in Sweden.
The invoice will be sent separately via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. In the event of late payment, a reminder will be sent with a statutory reminder fee (currently 60 SEK). We also charge default interest of 2% per month from the due date. If payment is still not received, the matter is referred to debt collection, where a statutory collection fee (currently 180 SEK) applies. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery and reassess the purchaser's creditworthiness in individual cases.
Svea Installments (Part Payment)
ActionKing.se, through Svea, offers you the opportunity to enter into an installment agreement with Svea Ekonomi AB at the time of purchase, subject to credit approval and the general terms of the attached account agreement. The credit offer applies to the amount specified in the account agreement. You choose the credit period by checking the option that suits you best. You commit to repaying the full credit within the period. This means you must pay at least the amount indicated by your choice each month. You can, of course, pay more or settle the entire credit at once at no extra cost.

Interest-bearing installments (for orders over 5,000 SEK):

Example of effective interest rate for a purchase of 10,000 SEK over 12 months, 0% interest, 295 SEK setup fee, and 29 SEK admin fee in accordance with Consumer Agency guidelines is 12.70%.
Corporate Invoice
The following applies to customers shopping as a business and choosing payment via invoice ("corporate invoice").
Credit Check:
When applying for payment via corporate invoice, a standard credit check is performed, which may involve obtaining a credit report.
Payment Terms:
The due date and other terms for corporate invoices are stated on the invoice. For invoice payments, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date (or the date stated on the invoice). In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK and default interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made will be added.
Transfer:
All corporate invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments related to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR:
When paying via corporate invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, and we will share the business customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims we have transferred to them. Payment Obligation:
When you place an order on ActionKing.se, a contract is entered into when ActionKing.se confirms the order with an order confirmation. By placing the order, you accept responsibility for payment.
Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost within Sweden for goods ordered from ActionKing.se is 49 SEK per order, regardless of weight or size. If the order amount is 900 SEK or more (incl. VAT), no shipping cost is charged (Free Shipping).
Parcel Locker Shipping
If you wish to have delivery to a Postnord Parcel Locker, you can select this at checkout. For Parcel Locker delivery, shipping is calculated based on your order; there is no free shipping threshold for this option. The Parcel Locker option appears automatically at checkout for orders valued between 1 SEK and 3,000 SEK.
International Shipping
Shipping costs for deliveries to Denmark, Finland, and Norway range from 79 SEK to 349 SEK per order depending on weight. For deliveries outside Sweden/EU (e.g., Norway), you as the customer are responsible for any customs/import fees that may apply to your delivery. You will see the final shipping cost when you add items to the checkout. Any customs/import fees are billed separately by your country's customs service. We ship packages and letters within Sweden and to Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
Business Parcel Shipping / Parcel
Businesses, state, municipal, and regional authorities can choose delivery via Postnord Parcel to receive the delivery directly to the physical business address (NOT PO BOX) within Sweden. (This avoids having to collect the package from a service point.) The cost for Postnord Parcel is based on the weight of the shipment. You will see the shipping cost at checkout. Shipping is always charged if you choose Postnord Parcel; there is no free shipping threshold for this service.
You can only choose Postnord Parcel if the shipment is to be delivered to a physical address (NOT PO BOX) belonging to a business or public authority.
Delivery:
We deliver goods within Sweden and to Denmark, Finland & Norway, processing orders every weekday. Please note that this only applies to items in stock. Generally, all our products are stock items. A small part of our range has a different delivery time than standard or consists of pre-orders. If a product should be out of stock, we will contact you to see if you want the other items in the order delivered or wish to wait until the order is complete. Note that for Norway, orders cannot exceed 2kg.
We do not offer partial deliveries when stock levels are accurate.
You have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not approve a new suggested delivery time in the event of a backorder.
You are responsible for providing correct delivery information. If the delivery address is incorrect, your delivery may be delayed, become more expensive, or in the worst case, go missing. A correctly specified delivery address is vital!
If you place multiple orders before the first one has been processed, these may sometimes be sent as a combined shipment. This is not guaranteed and depends on where in the process the orders are. If two or more orders are combined, you will receive the same tracking ID for those orders.
If something is wrong, missing from your delivery, or if the delivery itself is missing, this must be reported to us immediately upon unpacking or upon notification of final delivery from the shipping company, but absolutely no later than 5 days from our shipping date.
Delivery Time
A delivery time of 1-2 weekdays applies to orders placed on a weekday before 12:00 PM for delivery within the following 1-2 weekdays in Sweden via Postnord Varubrev Class 1, Postnord MyPack Collect, Postnord Parcel, or Letter Class 1, depending on weight, size, and the order.
If you have chosen a different delivery method, placed an order that cannot be delivered as one of the above, if the item is bulky, or if you receive a notification for pickup instead of direct delivery, the delivery time may be longer. Certain locations, primarily in the far north, may have longer delivery times. Ultimately, Postnord's handling determines how quickly a delivery occurs. Normally, about 90% of our Varubrev are delivered in 1 weekday. The 1-2 weekday delivery time indicates how quickly an order is normally delivered and is not a guarantee. For some products, a different delivery time may be stated on the product page. Note that stated delivery times are estimated and actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control. Please be aware that during holidays like Christmas, delivery times may vary. In most cases, you can track your package using the information provided as soon as your order is processed. Deliveries to addresses outside Sweden may take a few extra days. Approximate delivery times for each country are shown at checkout when you select a delivery method.
Delivery Requests
If you have requests for a delivery method other than those we offer and automatically assign to your order, please contact us before placing your order.
Requests regarding delivery methods, address changes, etc., made in the message field at checkout will not be considered during order processing.
Parcel Locker Delivery
If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, complete the order as normal with the "Postnord Parcel Locker" method at checkout.
Note: To receive delivery to a parcel locker, BankID is required, and you must have the Postnord app installed and have registered your details (mobile/email) in the app, using the same details as your order with us. Once we have processed the order and received a tracking ID from Postnord, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link and a push notification in the Postnord app. It is only at this point that you can and should choose which Parcel Locker you want the delivery to.
If you do not make a choice in the app, your shipment will be sent to the Postnord-assigned service point for your zip code. Also, note that the shipment only remains in the Parcel Locker for 7 days and must be picked up within that time.
Unclaimed Packages:
Bulky shipments sent to a service point remain there for 14 days (7 days as of 210101). Notifications are sent by Postnord, primarily to the email provided during ordering. We also send a link to your email as soon as your package is processed where you can track it. It is important that your email is correct and functional. Also check your spam folder to ensure notifications don't end up there.
We recommend downloading the Postnord App, where you can follow, be notified, and make changes to your shipment.
If the package/letter is not picked up within 14 days (7 days as of 210101), it is automatically returned to ActionKing.se.
It is your responsibility as a customer to keep track of or seek notifications regarding your shipment.
Even some larger shipments sent as Varubrev go to a service point and remain there for 14 days (7 days as of 210101). If your shipment is delivered as a Varubrev and does not fit in the postbox or mailbox, Postnord may place the shipment in a specially designed bag outside your door or at the building's mailbox area.
For unclaimed shipments returned to ActionKing.se within Sweden, you will be charged a minimum of 350 SEK to cover ActionKing.se's shipping and administration costs. For Parcel/Business packages returned, the charge is a minimum of 500 SEK + VAT. For unclaimed shipments from other countries, the cost is a minimum of 480 SEK.
Orders in Others' Names
It is not permitted to order goods in someone else's name or address without their knowledge and consent. Fraudulent orders are reported to the police without exception. IP addresses are logged for every order and attached to our police report.
Cancellation
As long as your order has the status "Received" or "Processing," you can cancel by sending an email to info@ActionKing.se.
If the order involves special orders of products we do not normally sell or stock, it cannot be canceled.
If the order has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal (does not apply to special orders). Read more about this below.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, e-retailers must offer a 14-day right of withdrawal to consumers. Please note that you must notify us that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The item must then reach us within 14 days from the date you notified us of your intent to return part or all of your order.
Note: Before any returns, you need an RMA/Return Number. You obtain this through the form for returns/withdrawals available on your account created at purchase. If you make a return without receiving an RMA/Return Number from us first, your return risks remaining unprocessed and being sent back to you.
For returns without an RMA/Return Number, we charge a minimum fee of 100 SEK for handling. This fee is deducted from any credit issued. It is therefore important that your return is not sent to us without first obtaining an RMA/Return Number or receiving written approval from us to make a return.
In the case of withdrawal, we do not reimburse shipping costs to us. The responsibility for the shipment reaching us undamaged lies with you as the customer. Feel free to use our beneficial agreement with Postnord if you wish to make a return. Return shipping can be purchased via item no. 10475.
This provides you with a fully trackable and secure shipment to us for packages up to 3 kg (weight or volume), which in most cases is also cheaper than sending the return as a standard letter. Note that this return must be packaged as a parcel in a box regardless of how you received the shipment. Upon return, you are responsible for the return reaching us and any depreciation in value due to inadequate packaging.
Note that all returns must be made via direct delivery to ActionKing.se; you cannot use shipping methods that require us to collect the shipment from a service point. Examples of shipping methods you CANNOT use for returns are: Registered mail / REK-brev and Postpaket. Such shipments risk being returned to you as the sender without action.
If you use a return shipping service that goes to a service point, we charge a minimum fee of 100 SEK for handling. This fee is deducted from any credit issued. It is therefore vital that your return is not sent in a manner that ends up at a service point.
If you made a purchase where the order amount reached the free shipping threshold (900 SEK) and then choose to return parts of your purchase, causing the original order to no longer meet the threshold, the shipping cost that would have applied to the original order will be deducted from the credited amount.
Note that the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers. If you made your purchase as a business/state/municipality/authority, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless otherwise agreed.
Any reimbursement of shipping to the consumer refers to standard shipping. If you chose a delivery method other than standard, such as Postnord Parcel, the shipping cost is not reimbursed upon withdrawal.
We refund the order amount for returned goods within 30 days.
We only approve a full refund if the original packaging is returned with the product and is intact. In case of missing or damaged packaging, damage to the product, or if the product has been used more than necessary for examination, a price deduction of between 30-100% of the product's value will occur. Products requiring registration or containing a license cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Note that if you ordered via invoice, the invoice must always be paid by the due date stated by Payson, regardless of whether you have already returned goods and/or are waiting for a credit. Any credit to your Payson account for returned goods occurs within 30 days.
Note! The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- The item has been used.
- The packaging has been opened and any seal broken.
- The item has been registered and/or requires registration and/or contains a license.
- Specially ordered items.
- The order was not made by/to a consumer.

If it is instead a matter of a faulty product, warranty rights apply; read more about this below.
Warranty
ActionKing.se provides a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Certain brands/manufacturers may offer longer warranty periods. If the manufacturer's own warranty exceeds six months, it will be mentioned in the product description. The warranty does not apply in cases of negligence, improper use of the product, or if you continued to use the product after a fault was discovered.
For complaints/warranty cases where you as a customer send an item back to us for replacement, we reimburse domestic letter costs upon approval (not registered mail or postal parcels); please ask first. In some cases, the faulty item does not need to be returned. Note that several manufacturers, such as DJI, handle complaints/warranty cases directly via your account with them. ActionKing.se cannot and may not handle these claims, as they are handled directly between you and the manufacturer's support.
If you claim and send in an item for warranty/complaint which upon our investigation turns out to be faultless or the fault is based on handling, we charge an investigation fee of at least 550 SEK plus any shipping costs. Please contact us with a detailed fault description and images/video so we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible without unnecessary returns.
Support
We provide first-class support for our products and answer questions via email and chat.
Usually, you will receive a response within an hour, or immediately if we are on the chat. You can ask questions about products both before and after purchase, and we will help you choose correctly or solve any problems.
Liability
ActionKing.se shall not be held liable if the use of products delivered by ActionKing.se, in whole or in part, affects/changes the function/appearance of other objects, regardless of whether these were delivered by ActionKing.se or not, and regardless of whether the products were used correctly. The customer/user is solely responsible for the use of the products and any impact/change the products cause. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that equipment/products are prepared, secured, and used in a manner appropriate for the equipment/product, situation, and purpose; safety tethers, flotation devices, floater handles, wrist straps, waterproof cases, low-altitude test flights, etc., should be used/practiced and tested before use and at regular intervals to ensure functionality.
Complaints (Reklamation)
We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (KKL), which gives you the right to complain about a product for three years from the date of purchase. The right of complaint works as follows:
Within the first six months, it is up to us (ActionKing.se) as the seller to prove that you as the buyer caused the fault; thereafter, you as the buyer must prove that the item had an original defect.
A complaint must always be made within a reasonable time. To exercise your right to complain, you must not continue using the item after discovering a fault. If you continue to use the item after discovering a fault, you are not entitled to compensation for the complained item.
We will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN) in the event of a dispute.
Logging and Storage of Customer Data
Upon ordering and contacting ActionKing.se, we store communication and data about you to provide the best possible service and handle your order efficiently. ActionKing.se does not disclose your personal data to third parties during normal transactions. We log information necessary for you to complete a purchase, such as address and name. An email address must be provided so we can send order confirmations and status updates. A mobile number only needs to be provided if you want SMS notifications. A personal identity number (personnummer) is only required if the purchase is made via invoice and is processed by Payson AB.
We log IP addresses for use in cases of fraudulent orders.

Age Limit
To shop at ActionKing.se, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You are assumed to have read these terms of sale when placing an order.
Orders placed with false names, personal numbers, or addresses are reported to the police.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control which could not have been reasonably foreseen, and which affect agreements entered into and promises made by ActionKing.se, preventing us from fulfilling said agreement/promises, such events shall constitute grounds for ActionKing.se to be released from its obligations to fulfill said agreements.
Recycling System
ActionKing.se collaborates with EL-Kretsen for the collection of electronic products and batteries in accordance with current producer responsibility regulations.
End-of-life electrical products and batteries must be collected; you can drop off your product at your municipality's collection station for recycling free of charge.
Other
ActionKing.se reserves the right for any errors in these terms of sale and the store as a whole and reserves the right to adjust errors retrospectively.
